Lithis and it's family (007sites, 007gb, hostevo, and hostaim) are happy to have you as a member in our community. We do expect you to excercise common sense rules and follow our guidlines. Please read the full Terms of Service and ask questions if there is any part you need clarification on.

You are fully responsible for your site and all it's contents. Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination and all contents of your site, including statistics of YOUR IP address will be handed over directly to the authorities. We reserve the right to terminate any account, at any time, without any notice. You must be 13 or older to apply.

Terms of Service:

We cater to open, English speaking, family-friendly websites.

Web Sites should not contain any form of spam or excessive profanity and may not focus on any illegal or offensive topics nor violence, hate, hacking, warez, torrents, porn, nudity, drugs, gambling, weapons, alcohol or tobacco.

No advertising of any kind (banners, popups, search boxes, etc) may be added to a website. Also websites may not be used in conjunction with autosurf or traffic packages or incentive based traffic (ie paid surfing).

A valid email account must be maintained for your website at all times. Websites with no recent activity or where the admin has not logged in over the past 30 days will be deleted.

Terms of Service Details:

All websites should be family-friendly in nature with no illegal, offensive, "adult", nudity, hate, racial, or vice-related subject matter.

All public sites should be primarily English.

We require that website administrators take steps to prevent their sites from being used to spam or promote any type of spam, as well as forbid use of spam to promote websites. We strongly recommend that any forums on your site are configured to require registration for posting, and that account activation utilizes the email activation and security code features that are built into the software.

Websites may not discuss topics promoting violence, hate, intolerance, hacking, cracking, warez, torrents, pornography, "adult" themes, illegal drugs, legal drugs, gambling, guns, knives or other weapons, alcohol, tobacco or smoking. If you have a question to weather something is permitted then chances are it isn't and you shouldn't post about it.

No external advertising may be added to any site including PPC or other advertising units or any kind of advertising popup. Absolutely no Google ads are allowed!

Forums must not be used as the target of "traffic blast" packages or in autosurf networks, or with any other system that artificially boosts or creates automatic pageviews. Paid or incentive posting is not allowed.

A valid email account must be maintained for your forum at all times. This is the email set in your forum configuration. We send out emails occasionally with news. Any email that is returned as bad will cause an the forum to be taken offline. Once a valid email is provided we will turn it back on.

Also, administrators must not do anything to impede access to the public areas of their website by any ad-network or search-engine robots including Googlebot, Mediabot, Slurp and MSNbot. Banning such bots may result in removal of your website.

Individuals who harass, deface or damage a 007webpro.com website will be banned from the system.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify via email, 007Webpro of any unauthorized use of Your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply.

You agree to not use your free hosting account to:

a. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is directed to inciting or producing imminent conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and is likely to produce such conduct;
b. Harm minors in any way;
c. Impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity;
d. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the free hosting site;
e. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
f. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
g. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes;"
h. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the System are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges;
j. Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the free hosting site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the 007sites.com;
k. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
l. "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
m. Collect or store personal data about other users without their knowledge;
n. Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
o. If you are using email forwarding, you agree that we reserve the right at our sole discretion to filter and delete all spam emails.

You are not allowed to block or interfere with any advertising or banners displayed by 007webpro.com on your site.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT 007webpro.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF 007sites.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SYSTEM; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SYSTEM; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SYSTEM; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SYSTEM.

We are not responsible for your data. You must backup all data as 007sites.com is not reponsible for any loss or theft, whether caused by us or someone else.

You agree that we are not responsible for the content you upload to your site and that all content uploaded onto our system is LEGAL and you have FULL permissions and copyrights for all data.

We want our service to be as transparent as possible. If you take care of running your forums, we'll take care of hosting your.

Ad removal section:
Ad removal is available via surveys or paypal. We cannot control the survey system as it is provided by a 3rd party. We will do our best to make sure you get credit for filling out surveys but in no way guarantee we will credit the account. You may also have credits removed from your account and possibly have your account closed at any time for fraudulently filling out surveys.

Paypal is done by subscription and costs .08 per day deducted nightly at midnight. If you paid at 11:00 PM then you will still have .08 deducted at midnight as this is how the system processes the ad removal. You can cancel a subscription with paypal at any time and are under no contract. We DO NOT offer refunds and we CANNOT cancel your subscription. You MUST log in to your paypal account and cancel the subscription yourself. All payments are final and non-refundable.

We strive to provide 99% uptime but can't guarantee it. We DO NOT offer refunds if the website is down.

Any person getting complaints, or breaking ANY part of this Terms of Service may have thier account disabled or deleted and forfeit any funds in thier account. Again we DO NOT offer refunds. And we DO NOT TOLERATE ABUSE AND SPAM!
